MN-SEN: Ford Bell Podcast

Really interesting interview with Ford Bell recently at Inside Minnesota Politics with Peter Idusogie. Given the wide field of DFL candidates to oppose Kennedy next November, I hadn't yet taken him all that seriously, but it appears that he may be a very serious candidate. He's well-spoken, has deep Minnesota roots, and I think he's right on the money regarding abortion. It also now appears he's raised a great deal of money, considering that three candidates are out there raising cash for the same race (Kelly Doran is largely financing his own campaign).

On a side note, I think I may have to leave the coverage of Mike Hatch's issues and problems as a gubernatorial candidate to Trillin. Great post at MN Lefty Liberal regarding the Attorney General's recent failure with the Medica board and what it means.
